Find out with this 4-Step Assessment The S.A.M. Free Assessment is intended as a tool for healthy individuals to test their levels of basic gymnastic strength and mobility. The assessment should not be attempted if you have an existing injury or pathology that may be aggravated by certain exercises. Please consult your physician prior to taking this if you have any doubts about your physical ability to do the assessment.
