Daniel has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. He started Pilates training and became a Pilates Teacher because of injuries due to weight training. Those days Daniel didn’t understand the human biomechanics well. Daniel sustained injuries in his shoulders, lower back and knees due to carrying excessive weight and not enough mobility work.
Daniel loves Pilates and he is always on the quest to find new training methods and he discovered Gymnastic Strength Training developed by Chris Sommer, a US Junior National Olympic Gymnastics Coach.
